It may be stored for longer if this is permitted under European or national legislation in ordinances, laws or other regulations of EU law to which the data controller is subject. In addition to the above information about the use of cookies, we wish to draw your attention to the following:
Use of Google Analytics, Google DoubleClick cookies, Google Convers Tracking and Google Remarketing
Our website may use Google Analytics, Google DoubleClick cookies, Google Conversion Tracking and Google Remarketing. These are services of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google").

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on users’ computers and facilitate analysis of their use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website by users is normally sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymisation has been activated on this website, the IP addresses of users are first truncated within Member States of the European Union or in other states that are signatories to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
IP anonymisation is active on this website. Google uses this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate users’ use of this website, to compile reports about website activities and to provide other services associated with use of the website and the internet for the website operator. The IP address transferred in the context of Google Analytics by your browser is not merged with any other Google data. Users can prevent cookies from being stored by making a relevant adjustment in the settings of their browser software; however, this website informs users that, in this case, they may not be able to use all of its functions to their full extent. Users can also prevent the transmission of the data generated by the cookie and relating to their use of the website (including their IP address) to Google and the processing of that data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. As an alternative to the browser add-on or for browsers on mobile devices, please click on this link to prevent collection of data by Google Analytics on this website in future. An opt-out cookie is then stored on your device. If you delete cookies, you must click on this link again.

Google Tag Manager
This website uses Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is a solution by means of which marketers can manage website tags via an interface. The Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) is a cookieless domain and does not record any personal data. The tool allows other tags to be triggered, which may on their part collect data under certain circumstances. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation is carried out at domain or cookie level, this applies to all tracking tags that are implemented with Google Tag Manager.

Use of Sojern
We work with Sojern to track your activity on our website and provide you with relevant advertisements from us and other advertisers on unrelated websites. This advertising service uses pixel tags (web beacons), cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store non-personal information about your visit to our website. When you visit our website from your mobile device, an advertising service may also collect the unique identifier or location of your device and attempt to synchronize a mobile website visit with other website visits.
If a relevant ad is delivered to you on another website based on the information collected on our site, it is referred to as an "interest-based" ad and has a blue "Adchoices" icon in the upper right corner. If you click on this icon, you will learn more about the interest-based advertising service and your ability to disable interest-based ads.
We do not have access to these advertising services and have no control over how cookies are used when you serve interest-based ads. However, you may opt out of the use of this information by clicking here: https://www.aboutads.info/choices
Please note that if you deactivate it, you will still see ads that may not be geared to your travel interests.

Use of social media plugins

Use of Facebook button
Our website uses social plugins (‘plugins’) of the social network facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (‘Facebook’).
The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the words ‘Facebook Social Plugin’. When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser will establish a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser and incorporated by it into the website. By incorporating the plugins, Facebook is informed that you have accessed the corresponding page on our website. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the ‘Like’ button or leaving a comment, the information is transferred from your browser directly to Facebook and stored there. For more information about the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your related rights and settings options for the protection of your privacy, please refer to Facebook’s privacy policy. If you do not want Facebook to collect data about you through our website, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.
You can find further information about this in the data protection policy of Facebook at de-de.facebook.com/policy.php If you do not want Facebook to associate your visit to our website with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook account.

California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304 in the USA. By using the fan page, data is forwarded to the Facebook servers, which contain information about your visits to our fan page. For logged in Facebook users, this means that the usage data is assigned to their personal Facebook account. As soon as you actively use the Facebook plug-in as a logged in Facebook user (e.g. by clicking on the "Like" button or using the comment function), this data is transferred to your Facebook account and published. You can only avoid this by logging out of your Facebook account beforehand.
We do not know exactly what data Facebook stores and uses. As a fan page user, you must therefore expect Facebook to save your actions on the fan page without gaps.
